Overwhelmed

Shades of crimson red –
I stretch out my hand,
to be covered in blood.
Hues of gold intertwine,
with the branches of the vine,
where grapes spill juice,
that lands like dew on my face.
My moist lips taste like honey,
surprising me,
with the many sensations,
my mind has to process.
My arms embrace myself,
to give warmth to my heart,
confused with the aromas,
tickling my nostrils.
Dizzying is the information,
I receive in this short,
but powerful moment in time.
My eyes are unable to focus,
on the essential elements,
trying to seek my attention.
So, I close my eyes,
empty my mind,
and shut my ears,
to become one with silence,
where I hear you speak,
in the soft whisper,
in the silent breeze.
In order to find my way,
I must learn to trust,
that the right way,
will eventually,
find me!

The embodiment of joy

The embodiment of joy

Like a diamond hidden in the deep dark earth,
I am a child hidden in the heart of God.

A star sparkling in the night sky,
yet where it comes from,
and where it goes,
is unknown.

Even a magnifier or a pair of glasses,
cannot make an x-ray of my soul,
to unveil the secret mystery of who I am.

Protected is the scroll of knowledge,
even to those who desperately seek it.
Only the Heavens know my existence,
only they know who I am.

I am laughter.
The embodiment of pure joy.

Can you hear the child laugh in the Light?
Can you feel the celebrative vibration,
energetically fly through the sky?
Can you feel the love in the palm of my hands?

Invisible and often uncatchable,
I am a being,
I am a soul,
I am joy!

The Road of Self-Discovery

The road of self-discovery

The end of the bowl is in sight,
when I eat the last of my grapes.
With the juice still on my lips,
I meditate on the sweet taste,
lingering in the corners of my mind.

Every memory is a treasure at heart,
where growth is gently formed,
in the deep core of perseverance.
Whether we like it or not,
every moment in life is a learning process,
where we learn more about ourselves.

Fear is not the master of our faith,
nor is grieve the root for our future.
We overcome the darkest facets of ourselves,
when confrontation is not avoided,
but embraced with a heart of understanding.

To understand who we really are,
is understanding who God really is,
and wants to be inside of us.
The strength, wisdom and beauty,
that we pray for every single day,
is already present in our souls.

When we search for the treasures,
the gifts that God has hidden inside of us,
we learn that strength is always present,
that beauty is something we already possess,
and that wisdom is a tangible element of who we are.

In every aspect of our life,
gratitude is the only answer,
and love the only motivation,
we should be looking for.
