Fallen petals grow!

Pink rose buds

covered in raindrops

like diamonds

dressing a woman.

Her bare skin exposed

against the elements

of the current season

waiting for the light

to make her bloom.

She dances on the wind

with her pink dress

swirling on the melodies

of angels singing.

Until one by one

her petals fall

into the hands of God

where love nourishes

them back to life

and growth starts

all over again!

Renewal

Renewal

The devaluation of life,
breaks even the strongest heart,
but when the honeycomb breaks –
crushed in the palm of my hand,
the soul lives a lifetime longer,
and the heart learns to live,
in the renewal of the mind.

Crushed stones become a pathway,
carrying the feet of an entire nation,
where not even the dirt my feet,
can stop me from laughing,
the tears down my cheeks,
until my soul is dancing in the desert.

I Surrender

With my wings,
as white as snow,
I fly above the clouds,
and dance mindlessly.
One with the birds,
I stretch my wings,
and dance in the sun.

My feet move on the air,
as I close my eyes.
Joy and peace settle,
like a little bunny,
deep within his burrow.

My arms and wings spread,
on the light of your love.
I fall and I rise,
tumbling through the air.
My laughter fills the earth,
and my joy reaches heaven.

As I rest on the wind,
of your holy breath,
the music of my soul,
fills the blue spring-sky,
and our minds meet,
on the soft piano sounds.

I fly and I dance,
on the wind of your love,
and in your peace,
I surrender.

The dance of the starlings

The dance of  the starlings

As the content of my soul,
is spilled on the white marble floor,
the history of nature forces me,
to let her guide me along the way.
Through the raindrops I fall down.
Through the fog I rise again,
but the sun remains behind the clouds,
until time is ready to show her off again.
Rainbows bring hope and promises,
of new beginnings and better times,
where the grass is finally greener,
on my side of the meadows,
and where birds joyfully fly.
Life has an art of falling and rising,
like the dance of starlings in the sky,
where one never knows the next step,
but the heart always follows the rhythm of the music,
the soul plays at that particular time.
As my arms spread and my hands open,
I catch the first raindrops of the season,
bringing the joy of my heart to the surface.
However dark the seasons are,
the knowledge of what is ahead,
softens the cracks in my broken heart,
teaching me that the negative will never last.
So, even when I do not know the future,
or what my next step on this road will be,
love is teaching me that greatest endurance,
is learning to dance in the pouring rain,
for the future that is already in sight.

The Flame

The Flame

Your feet dance,
a ballet performance.
In your orange dress,
lighting up the room,
you steel many hearts,
and wrap them,
in warm blankets.

My eyes search you,
when the night sets in.
On the music of the wind,
you dance the darkness away.
A heart of gold,
beats inside of you,
and all you want for the world,
is to be illuminated.

To many of you,
set a great fire,
where emotions are lost,
and goodness loses the battle.
Sometimes I wonder,
on which side are you?
Or do you dance,
for whomever wishes to see you?

To be controlled,
is only possible,
in the hands of the Father.
To be seen,
is a wonder on its own.
In His hands you are,
who you were always meant to be.
In His heart you are,
the flame.
